Role Overview
Zebulon Consulting is seeking a motivated and target-oriented Business Development Manager (Sales).
The role focuses on generating business opportunities, building customer relationships, identifying potential clients, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client visits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Conduct sales presentations and explain products or services to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Follow up with leads, clients, and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support customer onboarding and service delivery.
- Prepare sales reports, track leads, and maintain customer information.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and potential clients.
- Negotiate with customers and support the sales closing process.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to build long-term business relationships.
Requirements
- B.Tech, MBA, or a Civil Engineering background is preferred.
