Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in B2B robotics/industrial automation sales
- Proven track record of closing mid to large scale automation deals
- Fluent in English
- Valid UAE Driving License
- Arabic is a major plus
- MBA is a huge plus

Position Overview
- Position: Business Development Manager (Robotics)
- Location: Dubai, UAE (Full time)
- Experience: 5 to 8 years in B2B robotics/industrial automation sales
- Key Focus: Pitching AGVs, AMRs, robotic arms, and customized automation software to enterprise clients and government entities.
- Salary: AED 15000 to 18000 AED.
Role And Responsibilities
- Drive growth in Dubai and the wider UAE, GCC.
- Bridge the gap between cutting edge engineering and B2B client needs across logistics, manufacturing, healthcare, and hospitality.
What We’re Looking For
- Technical Roots: A Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (an MBA is a huge plus!).
- Local Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of experience navigating the Dubai/UAE/GCC market and local procurement cycles.
- Tech Literate Closer: Proven track record of closing mid to large scale automation deals and the ability to confidently discuss tech specs (ROS, PLCs, etc.) with client engineers.
- Language & Mobility: Fluent in English (Arabic is a major plus) and a valid UAE Driving License (required for client visits).
