Company Description

  • Najum Advertising & Events Co., established in Riyadh in 1998, is a leading advertising, branding, and event solutions company with over 25 years of experience serving clients across Saudi Arabia.
  • We provide end to end solutions including event production, exhibitions, signage and hoardings, vehicle branding, printing services, retail branding, and corporate event support.
  • Our portfolio includes projects delivered for leading organizations and brands such as PIF’s LIV Golf Riyadh, Aramco, Riyadh Air, TikTok, Jaguar, Radisson, and many other government and private sector clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with decision makers, procurement teams, marketing departments, project managers, and government stakeholders.
  • Identify client requirements and propose suitable advertising, branding, signage, exhibition, and event solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and tender submissions.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline and consistently convert opportunities into revenue.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
  • Coordinate with internal design, production, and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking functions, and client meetings.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM records.

Qualifications

  • Existing network of corporate, government, procurement, facility management, construction, hospitality, retail, or event industry contacts within Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven ability to generate business through personal relationships, referrals, and direct client engagement.
  • Experience selling advertising, signage, branding, printing, exhibitions, events, fit out, media, or related B2B services.
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and closing high value projects.
  • Minimum 3 5 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Account Management, or Client Acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and relationship management abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia.
  • Experience working with government entities, Vision 2030 projects, giga projects, consultants, contractors, and large corporate organizations preferred.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
