Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals and strategic partnerships.
- Identify enterprise customers, government entities and SME prospects.
- Promote IT staffing, software development, cloud, ERP, CRM and digital transformation services.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and solution demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, RFPs, RFQs and commercial negotiations.
- Build long term relationships with CXOs and key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical teams for customized solution development.
- Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences and networking events.
- Monitor competitors, market trends and customer requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in IT sales, software sales or technology consulting sales.
- Strong B2B sales and enterprise selling experience.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Experience handling RFPs, tenders and commercial proposals.
- Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive targets.
