Role Overview
Summer Town Real Estate is hiring a Business Development Manager in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The role leads business growth, market expansion, opportunity evaluation, strategic relationships, and revenue initiatives in the real estate market.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business growth and market expansion strategies within the real estate market.
- Identify and evaluate new business and investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop initiatives that drive revenue growth and support the company’s strategic objectives.
- Prepare business proposals and presentations and negotiate agreements and partnerships.
Qualifications and Experience
