We're hiring a Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into Saudi Arabia's shopping mall vertical.

This is a ground-floor opportunity in the Saudi market to dominate a unique segment with no direct mall-focused competitor.

Leading Our Ksa Expansion

  • You'll be a founding member of our Saudi commercial team, building our presence from the ground up, with the opportunity to shape the mall channel strategy.

The Opportunity

  • We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to identify, engage, and close partnerships with shopping mall operators across Saudi Arabia.
  • In this role, you will:
  • Drive business growth by building strategic partnerships with mall operators and retail property developers
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract signature
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with C-level executives (Mall CEOs, COOs, Marketing Directors)
  • Expand our platform's presence in the Saudi mall market through targeted account development

Compensation Package

  • Gross Total Package: SAR 18,000 - 22,000 per month (SAR 216K - 264K annually) –
  • *Inclusive of basic salary, housing, and transportation allowances*
  • Target OTE (On-Target Earnings): SAR 240,000 - 350,000+ annually
  • Commission: Highly competitive percentage of closed deal value (ACV), fully uncapped
  • Accelerators: Lucrative commission accelerators for exceeding annual targets
  • Equity: Competitive stock options package (4-year vesting) for top performers

  • Monthly mobile/internet allowance: SAR 500 - 1,000
  • Quarterly performance bonuses (above commission)

Partnership Acquisition

  • Identify, engage, and close new partnerships with shopping mall operators and retail property developers across Saudi Arabia
  • Consistently achieve and exceed annual ACV targets
  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities
  • Conduct field visits to malls across KSA (Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, Khobar, Mecca) - up to 50% domestic travel

Sales Cycle Management

  • Manage full partnership cycle: Lead Gen → Discovery → Demo → Proposal → Negotiation → Signature
  • Deliver persuasive presentations and product demonstrations to C-level executives
  • Lead RFP responses and contract negotiations with legal coordination
  • Prepare tailored commercial offers demonstrating ROI for mall operators

Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with Mall CEOs, General Managers, Marketing Directors, and IT Heads
  • Become a trusted advisor on loyalty strategy and shopper engagement
  • Represent Sharee Coin at industry events, mall conferences, and retail summits

Internal Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Marketing on lead generation and Product teams for market feedback
  • Coordinate with Customer Success for smooth onboarding post-sale
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasts and reports in Salesforce CRM

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related field
  • 3-5 years of required experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnership management
  • Proven track record in closing strategic, high-value deals
  • Valid driving license (Saudi license and personal transportation required, OR the ability to obtain both immediately upon relocation to KSA)
  • Preferred: Experience selling to retail/real estate verticals, SaaS, loyalty platforms, or fintech

Languages

  • Arabic: Native or bilingual fluency (MANDATORY - written and spoken)
  • English: Professional working proficiency

Skills

  • Technical: CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred), ability to articulate technical integrations to non-technical audiences
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional relationship-building, strong negotiation, tactical execution discipline, and high resilience

Performance Metrics

  • Sales Quota Attainment: Achieve 100% of defined ACV targets (pro-rated for Year 1 ramp period)
  • New Partner Acquisitions: Successfully close and onboard strategic mall operator partners
  • Pipeline Generation: Maintain a pipeline of 3x annual quota in qualified opportunities
  • Partner Satisfaction: Maintain 90%+ satisfaction from newly onboarded partners

Career Path

  • Year 1: Business Development Manager (ramp period & territory establishment)
  • Mid-Term: Senior BDM with expanded territory or vertical responsibility
  • Long-Term: Clear pathway to Sales Director / Regional Leadership based on performance
