Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive
client acquisition and revenue growth across the UAE and GCC region.
This role requires an individual with a strong entrepreneurial mindset who can independently generate
leads, build strategic relationships, and successfully close deals in a competitive market.
The position
offers significant upside through a performance-driven incentive structure.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across UAE and GCC markets
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking, and
- partnerships
- Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across retail, ecommerce, and
- enterprise sectors
- Present and position IXFocus service offerings, including:
- o SAP Commerce / Hybris solutions
- o Headless ecommerce platforms
- o Retail digital transformation programs
- o AI-led retail and customer experience solutions
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions
- Collaborate closely with offshore delivery teams to ensure solution alignment and successful
- deal execution
- Maintain accurate reporting of sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasts
