About the Role

  • Dwelleo is looking for a highly driven Business Development Manager to lead the identification, development, and management of strategic partnerships that support long term growth. This role is a key part of our commercial expansion strategy, focusing on building strong relationships with developers

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development plans aligned with quarterly and annual growth objectives.
  • Define KPIs, forecast opportunities, and support budgeting and planning activities.
  • Identify, evaluate, and establish partnerships with key real estate developers and brokerage agencies.
  • Secure exclusive listings and strategic collaborations to expand business volume.
  • Build and maintain long term relationships with key industry stakeholders.
  • Strengthen partner engagement to ensure retention and continuous growth.
  • Lead negotiations for large scale partnership agreements (e.g., developer collaborations, exclusive mandates).
  • Convert strategic opportunities into long term, revenue generating partnerships.
  • Monitor real estate market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to support commercial decision making.
  • Support overall business growth through acquisition of high value partnerships.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new partners and projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Relationship Management.
  • Strong experience in the real estate sector (preferred).
  • Proven track record in the Saudi real estate market.
  • Established network within the Saudi real estate industry.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly motivated, strategic thinker with strong relationship building ability.
