Responsibilities
1.
Develop and manage relationships with real estate developers, property owners, facility management companies, MEP consultants, EPCs, and parking operators.
2.
Promote ENERGIC’s EV-ready real estate solutions, including AC/DC charging, CPMS, payment, load management, and operation support.
3.
Identify current and upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use projects in Saudi Arabia.
4.
Build account maps for key developers and influence project specifications at early design stage.
5.
Coordinate with internal technical and proposal teams to deliver project-based solutions.
6.
Drive pilot projects, framework agreements, and long-term developer partnerships.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of project sales or business development experience in MEP, electrical systems, HVAC, BMS, ELV, parking systems, elevators, fire systems, smart building, facility management, or related infrastructure sectors. Experience with leading companies such as Schneider Electric, ABB, Siemens, Eaton, Legrand, Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Trane, Carrier, Daikin, or similar solution providers is a strong advantage.
- Existing network with Saudi real estate developers, consultants, contractors, or FM companies.
- Experience with project sales, consultant engagement, tendering, technical submittals, and commercial negotiation.
- Knowledge of EV charging, electrical infrastructure, smart building, or energy management is a plus.
