About the Role
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to identify and engage new investors for real estate development projects. The role involves managing the investor relationship lifecycle, preparing investment presentations, and supporting capital raising initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Identify, source, and engage new investors for real estate development projects
- Manage end to end investor relationship lifecycle (acquisition, onboarding, retention)
- Maintain and grow relationships with HNWIs, institutional investors, and strategic partners
- Lead account management for key investors, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and reinvestment
- Prepare investment presentations, financial summaries, and project updates
- Coordinate with finance, development, and legal teams on investor requirements
- Support capital raising initiatives and funding rounds for projects
- Organize investor meetings, roadshows, and engagement events
- Monitor investor activity, commitments, and portfolio performance
Requirements
- 2–3+ years’ experience in investor relations, business development, or stakeholder management
- Strong background in real estate investment or capital markets (UAE/International preferred)
- Proven ability to source investors and close relationships
- Strong account management and client servicing experience
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Ability to manage high value, confidential, and strategic relationships
- MBA or Finance/Real Estate background preferred
