Overview

  • Premium Solutions Consultancy is hiring on behalf of a leading group of companies in Qatar for a Business Development Manager – Real Estate Division in Doha, Qatar.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market, focusing on brokerage services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase the division's market share and revenue.
  • Lead negotiations, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction throughout the brokerage process.
  • Stay updated on market trends, property values, and legal regulations to provide expert advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing and promotional strategies for properties.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the real estate sector, with a focus on brokerage.
  • Strong network within the real estate market in Qatar.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
