- Track public sector initiatives, RFPs, and partnership opportunities
- Coordinate with leadership to shape proposals and commercial offers
- Own the business development cycle from target identification to handover
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and revenue forecasts
- Represent Ollen in senior meetings and sector events
Requirements
- Minimum 5 7 years of business development, government relations, or related experience
- Strong existing network across Saudi public sector or semi government ecosystems
- Proven ability to develop senior relationships with government stakeholders
- Experience selling professional services, consulting, or strategy
- Understanding of public sector procurement in Saudi Arabia
- Fluency in Arabic and English
- Bachelor's degree required; business, public policy, or related field preferred

- Open senior level conversations and position Ollen as a partner.
- Track relevant public sector initiatives and procurement channels.
- Coordinate with leadership to shape proposals and commercial offers.
- Own the business development cycle from target identification to handover.
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and revenue forecasts.
- Represent Ollen professionally in senior meetings and events.
- Support understanding of the Saudi public sector landscape.
Experience Required
- Minimum 5 7 years of business development, government relations, or related experience.
- Strong existing network across Saudi public sector ecosystems.
- Proven ability to develop senior relationships with government stakeholders.
- Experience selling professional services, consulting, or strategy.
- Clear understanding of public sector procurement in Saudi Arabia.
- Ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong commercial judgment.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English strongly preferred.
- Understanding of Saudi Vision 2030 priorities.
- Proficiency in AI tools is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree required; related field preferred.
