Key Responsibilities
- Drive business development for civil construction scopes in petrochemical and Oil & Gas
- construction projects (SAR 5M–30M), including:
- Bulk earthworks & site development
- Foundations (equipment, pipe racks, buildings)
- Structural & reinforced concrete works
- Industrial buildings, roads, drainage & utilities
- Identify upcoming projects with operators, licensors, PMC consultants, and EPC contractors
- Build and manage relationships with key decision-makers across client and contractor
- organizations
- Own the full BD lifecycle: market intelligence → prequalification → tendering → negotiation →
- contract award
- Coordinate with estimation, engineering, QS, and construction teams to develop competitive
- bids
- Lead commercial negotiations and support contract finalization
- Develop partnerships with specialist civil subcontractors and suppliers
- Maintain BD pipeline, forecasts, and CRM reporting
- Support handover from BD to project execution teams
