Summit Restoration is seeking a driven, relationship-focused Business Development Manager (BDM) to expand our referral network, strengthen strategic partnerships, and increase revenue across key verticals.

This role is responsible for proactive outreach, consistent field engagement, organized follow-up, and ownership of marketing collaboration efforts that support business growth.

The ideal candidate thrives in face-to-face networking, is highly organized, enjoys strategic planning, and understands the importance of consistent follow-up in a restoration environment.

• Collaborate with Marketing on talking point ideas and email outreach strategies.
• Build and manage a personal book of business and prospect list.
• Maintain accurate, detailed notes and client preferences in Dash CRM.
• Nurture and maintain current client relationships to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business
