Overview
We are seeking a results-driven **Business Development Executive** to drive client acquisition and revenue growth for our **Outsourcing, Manpower Supply, Recruitment, and Staffing Services** division.
The ideal candidate will have a strong network within the UAE market, a proven track record in generating new business opportunities, and experience closing manpower outsourcing contracts across various industries.
Business Development & Client Acquisition
- Identify, approach, and acquire new clients for manpower outsourcing, staffing, and recruitment services.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, client meetings, referrals, and market research.
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct market mapping to identify potential opportunities across sectors such as Construction, Facilities Management, Hospitality, Healthcare, Logistics, Retail, Manufacturing, and Oil & Gas.
Preferred
- Experience in closing large-scale manpower outsourcing contracts.
- Exposure to international recruitment and overseas manpower solutions.
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and outsourcing regulations.
- Experience working with clients across multiple industries.
