About the Role
Industrial Scientific seeks a Business Development Manager to grow Aeroqual's air monitoring solutions business in North America. The role involves building relationships with key environmental consultants, managing sales pipelines, and driving revenue.

Responsibilities
- Build relationships with all key account stakeholders, including executive, operations, technical, IT, and influencers for mass roll out of Aeroqual solutions.
- Fill and maintain the sales pipeline for key accounts in Canada.
- Identify proof of concept locations and internal customer champions.
- Scope proof of concept projects and agree success metrics and future potential with the client.
- Prepare statements of work, quotes and sales orders.
- Acquire in depth knowledge of Aeroqual and our channel partner’s ideal customer profile, specific pain points and how they are addressed by the Aeroqual product line.
- Conduct introductory Aeroqual Presentation and software demonstrations.
- Visit key account project sites to understand how the solutions are being applied and build on site rapport.
- Represent Aeroqual at NAM trade shows and events.
- Unwavering commitment to meeting the success criteria within agreed timeframe for every customer proof of concept.
- Create Aeroqual product evangelists by wowing customers with the fit and performance of hardware and software.
- Capture, evaluate and share customer suggestions for improvements to the product led solutions and participate in roadmap prioritization.
Requirements
- Experience in business development and sales, preferably in industrial or environmental monitoring solutions
- Ability to build relationships with key account stakeholders
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Willingness to travel to trade shows and client sites

Purpose of This Position
- Grow Aeroqual’s air monitoring solutions business through key environmental consultants use in industrial perimeter monitoring of remediation and construction sites.
- Accelerate North American total solutions revenue, gross margin and software recurring revenue with key accounts.
