About OnQCare

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and business development for oncology, genomics, molecular diagnostics, and precision medicine portfolios
  • Develop relationships with oncologists, hematologists, pathologists, surgeons, hospitals, cancer centers, and healthcare groups across the GCC
  • Promote advanced oncology testing solutions including Comprehensive Genomic Profiling (CGP), Liquid Biopsy, Hereditary Cancer Testing, BRCA & HRD Testing, Companion Diagnostics, NGS based Oncology Panels, Pharmacogenomics
  • Plan and execute CME programs, scientific meetings, tumor boards, workshops, and educational events
  • Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and strategic partnerships
  • Work closely with international laboratory partners and technology providers
  • Develop annual sales plans, forecasting, and territory expansion strategies
  • Manage tender opportunities, hospital contracts, and corporate accounts
  • Coordinate with medical affairs, laboratory operations, and marketing teams
  • Represent OnQCare at conferences, exhibitions, and oncology events across the GCC

Requirements

  • Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Oncology Diagnostics, Molecular Diagnostics, Genomics, or Specialty Laboratory Sales
  • Strong network with oncologists, cancer centers, pathology laboratories, and healthcare decision makers in the GCC
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
  • Experience organizing CMEs, scientific events, and physician engagement programs
  • Knowledge of oncology testing workflows, molecular diagnostics, NGS, and precision medicine
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
  • UAE driving license preferred
  • Willingness to travel across GCC countries
