About the Role
OnQCare seeks a Business Development Manager to drive sales growth for oncology, genomics, and precision diagnostics across the GCC. The role requires 5-8 years of experience in oncology diagnostics sales and a strong network with oncologists and cancer centers.

Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth and business development for oncology, genomics, molecular diagnostics, and precision medicine portfolios
- Develop relationships with oncologists, hematologists, pathologists, surgeons, hospitals, cancer centers, and healthcare groups across the GCC
- Promote advanced oncology testing solutions including Comprehensive Genomic Profiling, Liquid Biopsy, Hereditary Cancer Testing, BRCA & HRD Testing, Companion Diagnostics, NGS based Oncology Panels, and Pharmacogenomics
- Plan and execute CME programs, scientific meetings, tumor boards, workshops, and educational events
- Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and strategic partnerships
- Work closely with international laboratory partners and technology providers
- Develop annual sales plans, forecasting, and territory expansion strategies
- Manage tender opportunities, hospital contracts, and corporate accounts
- Coordinate with medical affairs, laboratory operations, and marketing teams
- Represent OnQCare at conferences, exhibitions, and oncology events across the GCC
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Oncology Diagnostics, Molecular Diagnostics, Genomics, or Specialty Laboratory Sales
- Strong network with oncologists, cancer centers, pathology laboratories, and healthcare decision makers in the GCC
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets
- Experience organizing CMEs, scientific events, and physician engagement programs
- Knowledge of oncology testing workflows, molecular diagnostics, NGS, and precision medicine
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
- UAE driving license preferred
- Willingness to travel across GCC countries
