Business Development Manager – Middle East (UAE based)

Location: Abu Dhabi And Dubai UAE

Travel: up to 50% Travel across Middle East & key international markets

At Enventure Global Technology, we deliver innovative, solid expandable solutions to the energy industry.

As we continue to grow across the Middle East, we are seeking a high-impact Business Development Manager to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies across the Middle East, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities in drilling and completions.

This is a commercial and technical role, requiring strong industry knowledge and the ability to clearly articulate the value of our technology.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets across assigned territories

2.

Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities

3.

Build, maintain, and expand relationships with key operators, engineers, and decision-makers.

4.

Develop and execute tactical account plans, forecasts, and revenue strategies.

5.

Lead technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and negotiations

Educate customers on Enventure’s technology applications, including completions, liner hangers, and solid expandables.

6.

Participate in new market identification and expansion efforts.

7.

Maintain sales and customer records in CRM; track account metrics.

8. Actively support Enventure’s

safety-first culture

through adherence to operational processes, risk assessments, and behavior-based safety initiatives.

9.

Represent Enventure at client meetings, field visits, and industry events.

10.

Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to deliver solutions

What We’re Looking For

· 10+ years of experience in oil & gas sales / business development

· Strong background in drilling, completions, or downhole technologies

· Proven track record of winning business with major operators & turnkey companies in UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Iraq.

A similar track record in India and Pakistan is desirable.

· Established network in the Middle East drilling & completion market essential

· Strong commercial acumen, tender preparation and contract negotiation skills

· Ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment

· Degree in Engineering, Science, or Business related disciplines
