- Develop new business opportunities and identify potential clients
- Approach and engage clients across the UAE
- Manage leads and follow up on proposals
- Support project acquisition and achieve sales targets for both Dubai and Abu Dhabi operations
- Work closely with technical teams to understand client requirements and convert them into business opportunities
- Conduct regular client visits throughout the UAE
Requirements
- 5–10 years of business development or sales experience
- Strong experience in geomatics, land surveying, GIS, mapping, LiDAR, drone surveying, engineering consultancy, construction, infrastructure, or related technical services
- Proven ability to close deals and achieve demanding sales targets
- Existing UAE market knowledge and client network highly preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English
- Strong follow up, negotiation, and problem solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage challenging sales targets
- Willingness to visit clients wherever required across the UAE
- Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)

Role Overview
- This role is for someone who already understands the geomatics, surveying, mapping, GIS, reality capture, LiDAR, drone surveying, utility surveying, reverse engineering, and related engineering services markets.
- We are looking for a market professional who knows how to open doors, build relationships, pursue opportunities, prepare strong client presentations, and close deals in a competitive technical services environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and identify potential clients.
