Job Summary
Prime Veritas is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager from the medical or healthcare sector.
The role drives business growth, expands the client base, and strengthens relationships with hospitals, clinics, distributors, and healthcare institutions in Qatar.
Strong knowledge of the Qatar healthcare market and proven medical sales or business development experience are expected.
Local availability in Qatar is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the medical and healthcare sector.
- Build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, and healthcare distributors.
- Promote and sell medical products, equipment, and services to key accounts.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis in Qatar’s healthcare sector.
- Prepare proposals and quotations and support contract negotiations.
- Coordinate with procurement teams and suppliers.
- Attend meetings, exhibitions, and medical trade events.
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, Medical Science, or a related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in medical or healthcare sales or business development.
- Valid Qatar driving license, either Qatar-valid or transferable.
- Strong network within the Qatar healthcare sector is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of medical products, devices, or the pharmaceutical market.
- Self-motivated and target-driven approach.
- Local availability in Qatar with transferable visa or NOC is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with hospital tenders and government healthcare projects.
- Knowledge of Qatar healthcare regulations and procurement systems.
- Arabic language skills are advantageous.
Compensation
- Pay is QAR 10,000–15,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person in Qatar.
