About the Role
Centena Group of Companies seeks a Business Development Manager to expand sales of marine calibration solutions and NAVCOM systems in Dubai. The role involves driving service contracts, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities
- Develop and expand sales and service business for fixed and portable tank gauging solutions
- Drive annual calibration, certification, and maintenance service contracts for marine and industrial customers
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the marine, offshore, and industrial sectors
- Promote and sell NAVCOM solutions including Radar, VDR, MF/HF Radio, Gyro Compass, ECDIS, AIS, and other bridge navigation systems
- Generate business for statutory Radio and VDR surveys, inspections, and compliance related services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with ship owners, vessel managers, technical superintendents, shipyards, and offshore operators
- Prepare technical and commercial proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales opportunities
- Coordinate with service and technical teams to ensure timely project execution and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth of the organization

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand sales and service business for fixed and portable tank gauging solutions, including UTI meters, liquid samplers, pressure and temperature measuring devices, portable and fixed gas detection systems, 15 PPM monitors, and Oil Discharge Monitoring Equipment (ODME).
- Drive annual calibration, certification, and maintenance service contracts for marine and industrial customers.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the marine, offshore, and industrial sectors.
- Promote and sell NAVCOM solutions, including Radar, VDR, MF/HF Radio, Gyro Compass, ECDIS, AIS, and other bridge navigation systems.
