About the Role
Argon Global is seeking a Business Development Manager to manage and grow relationships with clients, drive sales and revenue growth, and develop strategic account plans. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of experience, preferably in Fire Systems & ELV industry, and strong relationship management skills.

Responsibilities
- Manage and grow relationships with clients
- Act as the main point of contact for strategic customers
- Build trust with senior stakeholders and decision makers
- Understand customer business objectives and align solutions accordingly
- Develop account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify up selling, cross selling, and new business opportunities within key accounts
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms
- Forecast sales and manage pipelines for key accounts
- Create and execute strategic account plans
- Analyze account performance and market trends
- Identify risks and opportunities within accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer specific strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience (Fire Systems & ELV industry experience preferred)
- Experience managing high value or strategic accounts
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, MS Dynamics)
- Valid Driving License required
