About The Role

  • Onelink Rentals is seeking an ambitious, commercially driven, and results oriented Business Development Manager to accelerate the growth of our luxury car rental business.
  • This role is ideal for a business development professional with a proven track record of generating new business, building strategic partnerships, and developing long term client relationships within the UAE luxury car rental or automotive industry.
  • The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our corporate client portfolio, strengthening strategic partnerships, increasing brand visibility, and driving sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve ambitious revenue growth targets.
  • Identify, secure, and grow new corporate accounts, strategic partnerships, and referral channels.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, VIP customers, hotels, concierge companies, event organizers, luxury brands, and strategic business partners.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, client engagement, and market intelligence.
  • Develop long term relationships with key accounts to maximize client retention and repeat business.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to strengthen brand awareness and generate quality business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand to identify new commercial opportunities.
  • Represent Onelink Rentals at networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly business development targets and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of Business Development, Sales, or Account Management experience within the UAE luxury car rental or automotive industry.
  • Demonstrated success in generating new business, developing strategic partnerships, and consistently achieving sales targets.
  • Strong commercial awareness with an entrepreneurial and results driven mindset.
  • Established professional network within the UAE luxury car rental or automotive sector will be a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship building skills.
  • Professional appearance with a customer centric approach.
  • UAE driving licence is preferred.
