Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will drive sales growth and develop new business in landscaping and outdoor solutions in Dubai, UAE.
The role covers landscaping, irrigation, outdoor maintenance, horticulture, and related construction services.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in landscaping, irrigation, and outdoor maintenance services.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, developers, and government entities.
- Generate leads through networking, site visits, market research, and client meetings.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business presentations to prospective clients.
- Coordinate with estimation, design, and operations teams on project submissions and execution.
- Follow up on tenders, inquiries, and ongoing projects to secure contracts and maximize revenue.
- Conduct market analysis covering industry trends, competitor activity, and growth opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business expansion strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and project updates.
- Attend industry events, exhibitions, and meetings to promote company services.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, agriculture, horticulture, landscape architecture, or a related field.
