Job Brief

We are hiring on behalf of a client, a well-established business services provider, seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth and revenue expansion in the Saudi market.

The role requires a commercially driven leader with a strong background in B2B sales, strategic account management, and market expansion.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in building long-term client partnerships, driving new business opportunities, and contributing to the organization’s sustained growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver B2B revenue growth in line with strategic and financial objectives.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive business development and sales strategies at a senior level.
  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and key stakeholders across client organizations.
  • Identify, evaluate, and convert new business opportunities across target industries.
  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, from market approach and proposal development to negotiation and deal closure.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities for expansion and differentiation.
  • Prepare strategic sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for senior leadership.
  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events.
  • Ensure long-term client retention through proactive relationship management and value-driven engagement.

Key Performance Indicators (Kpis)

  • Achievement and growth of annual B2B revenue targets.
  • New client acquisition and pipeline quality.
  • Client retention and account growth.
  • Conversion rates and effectiveness of sales strategies.
  • Strength and sustainability of client relationships.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.

MBA or relevant professional qualifications are an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in senior business development or B2B sales roles within business services, professional services, or consulting environments.
  • Proven ability to close high-value deals and manage enterprise-level or large corporate clients.
  • Strong commercial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Solid understanding of the Saudi market and decision-making landscape.
