- Energize Design is seeking a professional Business Development Manager for the interior design business unit.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow projects from initial inquiry through final delivery.
- Assist in preparing design proposals, samples, and presentations.
- Conduct accurate site measurements and quantity take offs.
- Prepare competitive quotations and pricing proposals.
- Calculate project quantities and costs accurately.
- Negotiate with clients on pricing, scope, and contract terms.
- Successfully close sales opportunities and contracts.
- Coordinate with the marketing team, designers, and execution contractors.
- Monitor project progress and ensure smooth communication among stakeholders.
- Prospect for new residential and commercial projects.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales within the contracting, construction finishing, or interior fit out industry.
- Professional appearance and presentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
