Role Overview
- An Interior Fit Out Business Development Manager is responsible for growing revenue and winning projects for an interior fit out company (commercial, residential, retail, hospitality, office, etc.).
- The role combines sales, client relationship management, market development, and coordination with design/operations teams.
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and generate new business opportunities and project leads.
- Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Build a pipeline of interior fit out projects.
- Prospect through networking, referrals, cold outreach, events, and industry contacts.

Client Relationship Management
