- Identify, engage, and convert leads into confirmed interior fit out projects
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations with high net worth individuals, developers, and corporate clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, developers, architects, and consultants in Dubai
- Understand client requirements, budgets, and timelines to propose tailored solutions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for project acquisition
- Collaborate with design and estimation teams to prepare winning proposals
- Represent Kayra Bespoke® at networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums
- Provide regular market intelligence and competitor analysis
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in selling interior fit out projects in Dubai
- Strong client network among EU/Russian expats and Dubai’s luxury real estate market is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English; Russian, French, German, or Arabic is an advantage
- Target driven, self motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset
