· Software Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), sales reporting tools, and presentation software.
· Communication Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior-level stakeholders and decision-makers.
· Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel when required for client meetings, project visits, networking events, exhibitions, speaking engagements, and other business development activities across the UAE, GCC region, and internationally.
· Driving License & Vehicle: Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle is mandatory
· Experience: Minimum 10 years of proven business development and senior sales experience within the UAE interior design and fit-out industry.
· Language: Arabic speaker
· Market Network: Established professional relationships with UAE-based developers, architects, consultants, contractors, hotel operators, corporate clients, and property owners.
· Commercial Expertise: Proven track record in securing high-value interior design projects, generating revenue, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
