Position Overview
The position supports a leading interior design and fitout firm in Dubai.
The role focuses on generating new business, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets for interior design and architecture projects.
The department is Sales and Business Development, and the industry is Interior and Architecture.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop opportunities in commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and office architecture sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
- Build relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, property developers, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, understand project requirements, and present services.
- Coordinate with design and estimation teams on proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Follow up on inquiries, negotiate contracts, close sales, maintain the pipeline, and achieve revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least five years of sales or business development experience.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
