WhizzHR is hiring for a leading interior design and fitout firm in Dubai.
The Business Development Manager will generate business, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets for interior design and architecture projects.
Position Details
The position is based in Al Quoz, Dubai, UAE.
The industry is interior design and architecture, and the department is Sales and Business Development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop opportunities in commercial, residential, hospitality, retail, and office architecture sectors.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and market research.
- Maintain relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and corporate clients.
- Meet clients to understand requirements and present services.
- Coordinate proposals, quotations, and presentations with design and estimation teams.
- Follow up on enquiries, negotiate contracts, close deals, manage the sales pipeline, and achieve revenue targets.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
