As a BDM, you will be responsible for expanding our client portfolio across corporate, commercial, and individual lines.

Key Responsibilities
- **Grow Portfolio:** Develop new client relationships and maintain existing ones across all segments.
- **Strategic Planning:** Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
- **Identify Opportunities:** Find new opportunities for campaigns, products, and distribution channels that lead to sales growth.
- **Market Analysis:** Understand market trends and customer needs to define personalized approaches.
