The Business Development Manager – Industrial Sealing Solutions is responsible for driving revenue growth across the Midwest region, the most densely concentrated market in North America for pump manufacturers, rotating equipment OEMs, and industrial MRO distribution.

This role is focused on expanding UTEX’s industrial packing product lines by securing OEM specifications, developing regional distributor partnerships, and converting legacy sealing solutions to engineered UTEX offerings.

The Midwest territory includes a high concentration of pump manufacturers, valve OEMs, and industrial end users across water and wastewater, chemical processing, mining, pulp and paper, food processing, power generation, and general industrial markets.

The position requires strong technical selling capability, comfort in specification driven environments, and the ability to build long cycle OEM approvals that generate recurring aftermarket demand.

This is an individual contributor role with direct accountability for new revenue generation, aftermarket pull through and establishing UTEX as a preferred engineered sealing partner in the Midwest industrial market.
