Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new restaurant, café, hotel, and hospitality clients
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through field visits, networking, referrals, and outbound prospecting
- Meet with owners, general managers, F&B managers, and hospitality decision makers
- Conduct product demonstrations and present clear business value and ROI
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close new business
- Support new clients during onboarding and collaborate with the implementation team to ensure a successful launch
- Develop long term client relationships and identify opportunities for renewals and upselling
- Represent the company at hospitality events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Account Management
- Previous experience selling hospitality technology, restaurant software, POS systems, online ordering, reservations, payments, or SaaS solutions is highly preferred
- Existing network within the UAE hospitality industry is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship building skills
- Self motivated, target driven, and comfortable working in a fast paced startup environment
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
