WhizzHR is hiring a Business Development Manager – General Insurance.
The role drives new business, develops client relationships, and expands the general insurance portfolio across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business through networking, cold calling, referrals, and market research.
- Develop relationships with corporate and SME clients.
- Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations, renewals, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with insurers to obtain competitive terms and premiums.
- Drive sales across property, liability, engineering, marine, motor fleet, SME, and other general insurance products.
- Achieve business development and revenue targets.
- Maintain the sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Monitor market trends, competitors, and insurance products.
- Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams on policy issuance and servicing.
