Job Summary

Responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market presence, and developing strategic partnerships within the FMCG and fresh produce sector.

Focus on securing new clients, managing key accounts, and optimizing distribution channels across retail, horeca, and wholesale markets in the UAE.

Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and secure new business opportunities across supermarkets, hypermarkets, horeca, and distributors
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply agreements

Market Expansion

  • Analyze UAE market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity
  • Introduce new product lines aligned with demand (fresh fruits, vegetables, packaged produce)
  • Expand geographic coverage within UAE and potentially GCC markets

Client Relationship Management

  • Manage and grow relationships with key accounts
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
  • Handle client negotiations, complaints, and performance reviews

Supply Chain Coordination

  • Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor product quality, pricing fluctuations, and seasonality impacts
  • Align supply capabilities with sales commitments

Reporting & Strategy

  • Track sales performance, margins, and KPIs
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts for management
  • Recommend improvements in pricing, product mix, and go-to-market strategy

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 3–7+ years of experience in FMCG or fresh produce sales (UAE MARKET EXPERIENCE IS A MUST)
  • Strong network within UAE retail chains, distributors, and horeca sector
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Knowledge of fresh produce sourcing, seasonality, and pricing dynamics
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
