Amanies Co. seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales growth and establish strategic partnerships for Qatar's leading luxury celebration brand. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing corporate accounts, and expanding wedding and event partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new corporate, government, hospitality, luxury retail, and private clients
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Build and maintain long term relationships with corporate clients, embassies, hotels, wedding planners, event organizers, luxury brands, shopping malls, and strategic partners
- Generate qualified leads through networking, referrals, direct sales, and market research
- Prepare commercial proposals and negotiate contracts within company guidelines
- Achieve agreed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Develop strategic alliances with wedding planners, luxury venues, hotels, event management companies, influencers, and premium lifestyle brands
- Represent Amanies at networking events, exhibitions, business meetings, and industry gatherings
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Submit weekly activity reports and maintain accurate sales forecasts and opportunity pipelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of business development or corporate sales experience
- Experience in hospitality, luxury retail, events, or premium food & beverage is preferred
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strategic partnerships
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Valid Qatar driving license is preferred

- Amanies Co is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and well connected FEMALE Business Development Manager to drive sales growth, establish strategic partnerships, and strengthen Amanies' position as Qatar's leading luxury celebration brand.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
