Role Purpose
Lead a high-performing Customer Relationship Centre team supporting a premium automotive brand and regional retailer network.
Drive exceptional service delivery, customer experience initiatives, operational performance, and continuous improvement across multiple markets.
Operational Leadership
- Lead, coach, and develop the CRC team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Improve workflow efficiency through resource planning and monitor performance against KPIs and SLAs.
- Manage customer goodwill budgets and reporting and support the retailer network with customer experience delivery.
- Foster strong relationships between customers and the retailer network.
Strategic Management
- Analyze customer service trends and provide insights to senior management.
- Partner with regional market teams on market-specific opportunities and challenges.
- Lead digital transformation and customer service improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Brand teams.
Customer Experience
- Oversee complex customer cases and high-priority escalations.
