About the Role
Lead growth of the EOR, employee outsourcing, and workforce solutions portfolio across the UAE.
The role targets an experienced closer with an active UAE corporate network and strong knowledge of the EOR and outsourcing sales cycle.
The successful candidate is expected to generate pipeline and close deals within the first 30 days.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow the EOR, employee outsourcing, and workforce solutions revenue line.
- Activate an existing network to generate qualified opportunities from the start.
- Identify, approach, and close new corporate clients across the UAE.
- Manage prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and contract closure across the full sales cycle.
- Build relationships with C-suite executives, HR directors, and business owners.
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Partner with Operations and Recruitment teams on client onboarding and delivery.
- Track UAE trends across EOR, outsourcing, payroll, and workforce management.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant experience, based on the source experience range of 5-10 years.
- An active book of UAE corporate relationships and an established business network.
