Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 12 years of relevant business development experience
- Previous experience in engineering consultancy, construction, or real estate sectors preferred
- Strong knowledge of UAE market, client engagement, tendering, and proposal coordination

Position Overview
- Pioneer Engineering Consultancy L.L.C. is hiring a qualified and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in the UAE.

Qualifications and Experience
