Experience: 5+ Years

Travel: Approximately 70%

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive institutional partnerships and sales across Hyderabad.

The role involves engaging with educational institutions, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.

Generate and acquire institutional sales leads.
Build relationships with Principals, Deans, Directors, and Management.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations, and closures.
Drive revenue and territory growth against defined targets.
Develop and maintain long-term institutional partnerships.
Manage end-to-end sales activities from prospecting to closure.

5+ years of experience in B2B, Institutional, or Field Sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 70%).
Experience in Education, EdTech, or Overseas Education is an advantage.

A proactive and target-oriented professional who can build relationships, open institutional doors, and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
