Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will acquire new accounts and build a sustainable client portfolio in the UAE to achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development to achieve targeted revenue goals through strategic customer acquisition.
- Independently manage sales activities, including planning and conducting client meetings.
- Oversee all stages of the sales cycle for assigned client portfolios with timely follow-through.
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue targets while following corporate operational and managerial guidelines.
- Foster long-term client relationships through regular engagement and follow-up visits.
Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
