About the Role
Aeon Home Care is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to build a non-medical senior home care business in Ontario from the ground up. The role involves developing go-to-market strategy, building a referral network, and owning the client acquisition funnel.

- Represent the company at community events, seniors' expos, and health fairs
- Track pipeline and referral performance; report growth metrics to the founder
Requirements
- 5+ years in business development or sales within home care, senior living, or community healthcare
- Proven track record of building a client base or referral network from scratch
- Established connections in Ontario's senior care ecosystem
- Self directed and comfortable in a hands on startup environment
- Valid Ontario driver's licence and reliable vehicle; clear vulnerable sector check
