Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry research, and cold calling
- Manage daily business contacts with clients via telephone, email, or in person meetings
- Handle new retail/institutional client leads and follow up on potential clients
- Convert customer leads into active accounts by onboarding new clients and achieving company targets
- Identify, assess, negotiate, and close partnership deals
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen positive business and customer relationships
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
- Recommend enhancements on products and services

Role Overview
- The Business Development Manager (BDM) will drive growth and expand the client base of our FX and CFDs brokerage.
- Focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting strategic goals.

Main Activities and Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry research, cold calling, and pre arranged visits.
