Role Overview

  • The Business Development Manager (BDM) will drive growth and expand the client base of our FX and CFDs brokerage.
  • Focus on identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and supporting strategic goals.
  • Ideal candidate has solid understanding of financial markets and strong communication and analytical skills.

Main Activities and Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and pursue new business opportunities through networking, industry research, cold calling, and pre arranged visits.
  • Manage daily business contacts with clients through telephone, email, or in person meetings.
  • Handle new retail/institutional client leads with diligence and follow up on potential clients.
  • Convert customer leads into active accounts by onboarding new clients and achieving company targets.
  • Identify, assess, negotiate, and close partnership deals.
  • Establish, maintain, and strengthen positive business and customer relationships.
  • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner.
  • Recommend enhancements on products and services.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong understanding of financial markets, trading mechanisms, and regulatory environment related to FX and CFDs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Proactive and self motivated with strong desire to achieve targets.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software.
