About the Role
Vogue Vacation Home is seeking a Business Development Manager to acquire homeowners for short-term rental management in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The role involves outbound sales, building relationships with brokers and developers, and securing signed management agreements.

Responsibilities
- Identify and approach property owners suited to holiday home management
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and building management to generate referral pipeline
- Present the value of Vogue's management model clearly, including projected returns, occupancy expectations, and payout structure
- Address owner concerns regarding property access, reliability, and comparison to self management or other platforms
- Manage the negotiation and signing process for management agreements, ensuring smooth handover to operations team
- Maintain an organized and up to date pipeline of prospects and follow ups
- Meet monthly targets for new units onboarded
Requirements
- Proven experience in UAE real estate, holiday homes, or property management sales
- Demonstrated track record of closing deals with property owners or investors
- Strong communication skills, with ability to explain returns, occupancy rates, and contractual terms
- DTCM or holiday home industry knowledge preferred
- Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or Mandarin is an advantage
- Self motivated, target oriented, and comfortable with direct outreach and in person client meetings

- This is a target driven, outbound sales role.

- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and building management to generate a consistent referral pipeline.

- Address owner concerns regarding property access, reliability, and comparison to self management or other platforms.
