Overview

  • Business Development Manager – Homeowner Acquisition
  • Vogue Vacation Homes manages short term rental properties for homeowners across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
  • This is a target driven, outbound sales role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach property owners suited to holiday home management, including new handovers, vacant investment units, and owners currently in long term leasing arrangements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, and building management to generate a consistent referral pipeline.
  • Present the value of Vogue's management model clearly, including projected returns, occupancy expectations, and payout structure.
  • Address owner concerns regarding property access, reliability, and comparison to self management or other platforms.
  • Manage the negotiation and signing process for management agreements, ensuring a smooth handover to the operations team.
  • Maintain an organized and up to date pipeline of prospects and follow ups.
  • Meet monthly targets for new units onboarded.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in UAE real estate, holiday homes, or property management sales.
  • Demonstrated track record of closing deals with property owners or investors.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain returns, occupancy rates, and contractual terms.
  • DTCM or holiday home industry knowledge preferred.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic, Russian, Hindi, or Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Self motivated, target oriented, and comfortable with direct outreach and in person client meetings.
