Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in key sectors such as hospitality, cleaning services, construction, warehousing, and facility support.
- Build and maintain client relationships, including prospecting and meeting potential clients.
- Prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with internal teams for service delivery.
- Conduct market research, track industry trends, and provide input on service offerings and pricing strategies.
- Report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to leadership.
Requirements
- Strong business development and sales skills, including lead generation, client acquisition, and account management.
- Experience in the manpower supply, staffing, or technical services industry, ideally within sectors such as hospitality, cleaning, construction, warehousing, or facility support.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop growth strategies.
- Proven organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in basic office and CRM software.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Previous experience in the UAE market and understanding of local regulations and business practices is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; additional languages commonly used in the UAE are beneficial.

Role Description
- The Business Development Manager is a full time, on site role based in Dubai.
- Responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding Sungava’s presence in key sectors.
- Day to day tasks include prospecting and meeting potential clients, preparing proposals and quotations, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with internal teams.
- Conduct market research, track industry trends, and provide input on service offerings and pricing strategies.
- Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics to leadership.
