Responsibilities
- Generate new business and achieve sales targets
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Handle sales of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Logistics services
- Identify new business opportunities in the UAE and GCC markets
- Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals
- Coordinate with Pricing and Operations teams for smooth service delivery
- Manage key customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction
- Lead and support the sales team to achieve business goals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure timely payment collection from customers
- Maintain sales reports, pipeline, and CRM records
- Represent the company at customer meetings and industry events
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics Sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight, and Supply Chain solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Experience in handling key accounts and developing new business
- Good understanding of the UAE/GCC logistics market
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, or a related field
- Valid UAE driving license preferred

Job Summary
- We are seeking a high performing, driven Business Development Manager to lead and expand our client acquisition and revenue growth strategies.
- The ideal candidate will have deep domain expertise in international freight and logistics, an established network of exporters, importers, freight buyers, and CHA, and a proven track record of closing high value accounts.
- This is a hunter and farmer role — you will be expected to actively generate new business while nurturing and growing existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
