  • As a Sales and Business Development Executive, you will play a vital role in generating leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
  • This position offers hands-on experience in sales strategy, market research, and client acquisition in the fast-paced digital marketing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities.
  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies for client acquisition.
  • Keep track of sales activities and update regularly.
  • Should be able to negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends and services to effectively communicate value to clients.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients on , LinkedIn, and other online marketplaces.
  • Proposal Writing: Draft compelling and customized project proposals for BPO and IT-enabled services.
  • Client Communication: Engage with prospects, respond to inquiries, and negotiate contract terms.
  • Profile Optimization: Manage and enhance company profiles on freelancing platforms for better visibility.
  • Market Research: Monitor trends, competitor strategies, and opportunities in the BPO sector.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with PBS to strategize and implement lead conversion techniques.

Requirements

Strong interest in sales, business development, and IT Services

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of IT Services services

Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools is a bonus.
