Role Description
We are seeking a Virtual Assistant for a part-time hybrid role based in Dubai.
This position combines remote work flexibility with occasional in-office responsibilities.
Daily tasks will include managing Amazon accounts, conducting market research, performing keyword research, assisting with product approvals, and coordinating eCommerce operations.
The role also involves supporting administrative tasks, maintaining communication with clients, and collaborating with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Amazon account management, including FBA Wholesale and Private Label
- Strong skills in market research and keyword analysis
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and web development principles
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including client communication
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Experience with virtual assistant tools and processes is a plus
