About the Role

  • We are looking to explore and onboard a dynamic professional to develop and grow our MNC product range of industrial lubricants and cleaners within the Food, Beverage, and Dairy industry segment.
  • The role focuses on technical business development, customer engagement, product demonstrations, and commercial closures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop business opportunities for industrial lubricants and cleaners in the F&B, beverage, and dairy sectors.
  • Meet and engage with technical stakeholders such as Quality Control, Production Managers, Maintenance Heads, and Plant Engineers.
  • Understand customer processes and technical requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
  • Conduct product trials, demonstrations, and evaluations at customer sites.
  • Work closely with the principal/company’s technical team for critical demonstrations and application support.
  • Drive negotiations, finalize commercials, and close business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry contacts to ensure long term business growth.
  • Participate in technical and product training programs to stay updated on applications and industry standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Qualification: Bachelor of Engineering in Chemical or Mechanical.
  • Experience: Relevant experience in Specialty chemicals, industrial chemicals, lubricants, cleaners, or technical sales preferred.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self driven, presentable, and confident in interacting with senior technical professionals.
  • Ability to understand industrial processes and translate technical needs into commercial solutions.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a field based business development role.
  • On site technical support from the principal during critical customer demonstrations and trials.

Compensation

  • AED 5,000 to AED 13,000 per month, depending on qualifications, experience, and suitability.
